| Rabvac 3 A rabies vaccine recommended for the vaccination of healthy dogs, cats and horses. Derived from a cell line culture and chemically inactivated. Meets the 3 year duration of immunity requirements for dogs and cats and 1 year duration for horses. Dosage: Dogs and cats - Inject intramuscularly or subcutaneously a 1 ml dose at 3 months of age or older. Repeat dose 1 year later, then every 3 years. Horses - Inject 2 ml dose intramuscularly at 3 months of age or older. Revaccinate annually thereafter. Killed rabies vaccine, safe for dogs, cats and horses. For horses inject 2 ml IM at 3 months of age or older. Revaccinate annually. Order syringes separately. Not for sale in the states of AK, AL, AR, CA, CT, GA, HI, ID, IL, IN, KS, MD, ME, MN, MO, MS, MT, NC, NE, ND, NV, NJ, NM, NY, OR, RI, SC, TN, TX, UT, WA, WV and WY. In addition, some local laws require that a licensed veterinarian administer rabies vaccine. Do not order Rabies vaccine unless you find that you can legally administer the vaccine. |
