MAIL ORDERS
Send us your completed catalog order form with a check or money order. Write clearly, include your name and street address where you want the order shipped, and a daytime phone number in case we need to reach you. We also gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Fill in your credit card number, including the expiration date, and your signature as it appears on the card.
