AGRI-Med South LLC policies and procedures
Our goal is to provide you with the most economical means to acquire your supplies. We will assist you in choosing the best option for you and your order.
Website Policy
We do our best to ensure that the information on our website is accurate, thorough, and up-to-date. However, there may be instances of inaccurate or incomplete data, including availability and/or price. We make no warranty or guarantee that the information on our website is current, complete, or free from errors. We reserve the right to correct errors and/or update our website at any time without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders containing errors and/or inaccuracies, including those already submitted, whether or not the order has been confirmed and/or your credit card charged. We will issue a full refund to the original pay type if your order is canceled after your payment has been processed.
Shipping Policy
We ship via UPS and USPS Priority Mail within the contiguous 48 states. Packages shipped to HI, AK, PR, Guam, US Virgin Islands and APO addresses may incur higher charges.For UPS Ground Delivery to non-commercial addresses, please add a $1.75* Rural/Residential Destination Charge. You may avoid this $1.75 "Rural/Residential Charge" if you have a recognized commercial address that UPS can deliver to.
Priority Mail: For packages under 2 lbs, we charge a flat rate of $6.95 for Priority Mail which covers the actual postage PLUS delivery confirmation fees and packaging. In cases where an order totals $200 or more -OR- the items weigh more than 2 lbs, these items will be shipped via Ground Service in order that these packages may be insured and/or shipped at a reduced rate.
Standard Shipping Ground Service: Although not guaranteed, delivery time is estimated at 3-7 days. Customers must be available to sign for packages. Agri-Med LLC is not responsible for misdirected or undeliverable packages.

2nd Day Air Service: All vaccines and perishables are shipped Monday-Wednesday via 2nd Day Air. All vaccines and perishables are shipped in styrofoam coolers with ice packs for a nominal fee. All air packages are calculated by dimensional weight and destination zip code. A $1.75 delivery surcharge will be added to all FEDEX & UPS packages. Customers must be available to sign for packages. Agri-Med LLC is not responsible for misdirected or undeliverable packages.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: All products listed are USDA licensed products. Customers outside the USA are responsible for verifying or obtaining regulatory authorization for purchasing and using these products in countries other than the USA. For Shipments outside the US we use UPS, FedEx, and Express Mail only. Refrigerated items are shipped via International Priority and are calculated by weight and start at a rate of $30.00. Delivery takes 2-4 days. Heavy items are shipped via FedEx International or Express Mail and are calculated by weight. Delivery takes approximately 1 week.
Haz Mat: A $20 fee will be applied to all items considered hazardous material when shipped in gallons or larger such as Taktic, Iodine or Ivermectin.
We recommend all vaccines be shipped next day air. During the warmer months of the year, questions arise about vaccines that may arrive warm. All of our vaccines are shipped in insulated styrofoam coolers with ice packs. Vaccines are non-returnable unless shipped by air. In most cases, this will not prevent the ice pack from melting by the time your package arrives. The vaccine may arrive warm. This does not effect the efficacy or safety. The vaccines from the manufactures are shipped to us in the same manner. Once you receive your vaccines, place them in the refrigerator and avoid exposing them to direct sunlight or freezing conditions. It's advisable to allow the vaccine to warm up to room temperature before injecting into the animal to avoid any discomfort or shock during the vaccination process.

All vaccines are shipped Monday-Wednesday via UPS second day Air to ensure safety. Upon request vaccines may also be shipped Next Day Air Monday-Thursday.
If you have requested Next-Day air or UPS 2nd day shipping and your order exceeds 5lbs or dimensional size, you will be contacted by our customer service with additional shipping costs.
