All orders for prescription medications must be accompanied by a veterinarian's original prescription and must meet the following criteria in order to be processed. Prescription medications may not be eligible for expedited delivery. Click for our list of products.
My name is Cliff Garett-RPh and I'm a registered pharmacist who oversees this area of our business. The drugs in this category are restricted to use by or on the order of a licensed veterinarian. Feel free to email or call us about additional items not listed on these pages. Before we can process your order, we must have a prescription from your veterinarian on file. Our staff memebrs at Agri-med are happy to assit you in ANY way we can BUT we need the following before we can process your order:
A prescription MUST contain the following information PRIOR to being filled at a pharmacy. 8-006.04B

1. Name of owner and species of the animal
2. Name of drug
3. Strength of the drug
4. Dosage form of the drug
5. Quantity of the drug
6. Directions for use
7. Date of issuance
8. Vet's name with signature
9. Number of refills authorized

A prescription may be transmitted by fascimile (FAX) to the pharmacy ONLY. The prescription can be faxed to the pharmacy by the owner of the animal. The owner may obtain the original prescription from the vet and mail it in if desired. If the owner of the pet faxes in the prescription then Agri-med is required to contact the vet of which the prescription was generated to confirm authenticity--28-1437

Have your veterinarian call in your prescription to us at 1-877-247-4633, 8 am - 5 pm Central Time, Monday-Friday. Your veterinarian may leave our pharmacist a voice message after hours.
