Clostridium Chauvoei-Septicum-Novyi-Sordellii-Perfringens Types C & D Bacterin-Toxoid
Vaccine for use in healthy cattle against Black leg.
Contents: This product contains the antigens listed above.
Preservative: Gentamicin.
Indications: Recommended for the vaccination of healthy susceptible cattle, including bred and/or lactating beef and dairy cattle, against disease caused by the organisms listed above.
Dosage and Administration: Using aseptic technique, inject a single 2 mL dose subcutaneously. A 2mL booster dose is recommended annually. Calves vaccinated under 3 months of age should be vaccinated at weaning or 4-6 months of age.
Precaution(s): Store at 35-45°F (2-7°C). Avoid freezing. Shake well before using. Use entire contents when first opened.
Caution(s): Swelling at the injection site may occur. Anaphylactoid reactions may occur.
Antidote(s): Epinephrine.
Warning(s): Do not vaccinate within 60 days of slaughter.
Animal inoculation only. Accidental injection to humans can cause serious local reactions. Contact a physician immediately if accidental injection occurs.
