Ingredients: Bone ash, vitamin A acetate, cholecalciferol (source of vitamin D3), calcium carbonate, calcium phosphate dibasic, soy flour, ascorbic acid, bone meal, and stabilizers.
Dosage and Administration: Dogs and Cats - To aid in the prevention of dietary deficiencies give 1 to 2 slightly rounded teaspoonfuls for each 20 pounds body weight per day as long as indicated. Many reptile and avian diets are low in calcium and high in phosphorus. Evaluation of the entire diet is necessary before recommending the exact dose of OSTEO-FORM SA, which may be added to the daily ration or mixed with milk or water.
To facilitate proper adhesion of OSTEO-FORM SA to dry food, slightly moisten food with water. Each slightly rounded teaspoonful of OSTEO-FORM SA contains approximately 4 grams. A teaspoon measure is enclosed. When using OSTEO-FORM SA as a maintenance dietary supplement, calcium and phosphorus from other food sources should be considered.
